Building Human Capacity in a Networked World
Scholars and researchers affiliated with H-STAR, mediaX, Stanford’s Graduate School of Education, and other Stanford units are collaborating to develop mutually expansive learning collaborations with Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), a new university located in Ben Guerir, Morocco.
Discovery collaborations that include opportunities for mutual learning among scholars and researchers and students at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) and at Stanford University are being explored and piloted. These collaborations focus on four thematic pillars:
- Knowledge creation and dissemination
- Learning sciences and learning design
- Decision sciences and augmentation
- Behavioral sciences and behavior design
The program pilots include: (1) conferences and workshops highlighting Stanford and UM6P research-based insights on human sciences and information technologies; (2) scholarly and scientific exchanges; and (3) instructional engagement activities.
